I look forward to continuing the work of bringing a high quality education to your children here at Meadowthorpe Elementary. I have served as an educator in a variety of teaching roles in public schools, private schools, and higher education. I previously worked at Meadowthorpe from 2011-13 as the intervention and behavior coach before becoming the professional growth and effectiveness coach at Breckinridge Elementary.

Meadowthorpe's staff strives to continue the tradition academic success by having high expectations for every child, every day. Our mission is to create a community that works together to ensure all students achieve at high levels and are prepared for lifelong success. This mission becomes reality through the teamwork of families, community members, and staff working together to make a difference for our children.

Every decision we make is based on what is best for our students. We know we are here to help our students meet our high academic expectations while at the same time preparing them to become happy, productive members of society. Our School-Based Decision Making Council meets the third Tuesday of each month to review, discuss, and develop policies and procedures focused on our goals.

There are many ways you can become a part of the Meadowthorpe tradition of success. You are always welcome to come eat lunch with your child and check with your teachers to see how to volunteer for your child's classroom. Our PTA meets monthly and offers a variety of opportunities to get involved. Feel free to contact me to discuss your child's progress. Working together we will help all children reach their potential!
